Junior Android Developer

A fast-growing mobile development company in Aalborg is seeking a Junior Android Developer to join our talented team. As a Junior Android Developer you will be responsible for developing and maintaining cutting-edge mobile applications for our clients. You will work closely with our senior developers to learn and enhance your skills while working on exciting projects.

Responsibilities Develop high-quality user-friendly and efficient Android applications

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and deploy new features

Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve the overall quality of the codebase

Troubleshoot and debug issues to ensure optimal performance of the applications

Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in mobile development

Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field

Strong understanding of Java programming language and Android SDK

Experience with Android Studio IDE and version control systems such as Git

Basic knowledge of UIUX design principles and best practices for mobile application development

Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Bonus Skills Experience with Kotlin or other object-oriented programming languages

Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Knowledge of RESTful APIs and third-party libraries such as Retrofit or Volley
