We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Information Technology Manager to join our team in Esbjerg. As an IT Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the overall IT operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of our companys technology systems. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$.
Responsibilities Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the companys goals
Manage and maintain all hardware software and network systems
Ensure data security and disaster recovery plans are in place
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for improvement
Train employees on new technologies and ensure proper usage of systems
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services
Stay up-to-date with industry trends best practices and regulations
Requirements Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related field
Proven experience as an IT Manager or similar role
Strong knowledge of hardware software network systems security protocols and data management processes
Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within strict deadlines
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Preferred Certifications such as CompTIA A+ Network+ or Security+
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with contract jobs
