We are in need of a skilled Junior Baker to join our team in Kolding Denmark. The ideal candidate will be passionate about baking and have a strong desire to learn and grow in the profession.
This is an entry‑level position with a salary of 1100$ per month.
Accommodation is not provided but we will assist with finding suitable housing options. We also offer a free visa and ticket for international candidates.
Responsibilities Assisting the head baker with preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries and desserts.
Measuring and mixing ingredients according to recipes and proportions.
Operating baking equipment such as ovens, mixers and dough cutters.
Monitoring baking process to ensure products are baked at correct temperature and time.
Decorating pastries and desserts as needed.
Maintaining cleanliness of work area and adhering to food safety standards.
Requirements Passion for baking and eagerness to learn from experienced bakers.
Ability to follow recipes accurately and work with precise measurements.
Basic understanding of food safety guidelines.
Good physical stamina for standing, lifting and carrying heavy trays or ingredients.
Strong attention to detail for creating visually appealing baked goods.
Preferred qualifications Formal training or degree in culinary arts or baking/pastry making.
Previous experience in a bakery or commercial kitchen setting.
Knowledge of different types of breads, pastries and desserts.
