Location: Kolding Denmark
We are seeking an experienced Baker to join our team in Kolding Denmark. As a Baker you will be responsible for creating delicious breads and pastries while maintaining high standards of food safety and hygiene. This is a contract job with accommodation provided suitable for men.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and bake a variety of breads and pastries according to recipes
Ensure all products are made with high-quality ingredients and presentation
Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Collaborate with other team members to develop new recipes and menu items
Requirements Proven experience as a Baker in a professional kitchen or bakery
Able to work early mornings, weekends and holidays as needed
Knowledge of various baking techniques and methods
Familiarity with commercial kitchen equipment including ovens, mixers, etc
Ability to lift 50 pounds or more on a regular basis
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
