We are seeking a skilled and experienced Commercial Architect to join our team in Randers on a part-time basis As a commercial architect you will be responsible for designing planning and overseeing the construction of various commercial buildings such as offices retail stores and industrial facilities
Responsibilities Create detailed plans and drawings for commercial building projects
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop design solutions that meet their requirements
Develop project proposals budgets and timelines
Coordinate with contractors engineers and other professionals involved in the construction process
Ensure that all building codes regulations and safety standards are met throughout the project
Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
Conduct site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise
Requirements Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a commercial architect
Proficient in AutoCAD and other design software
Strong understanding of building codes regulations and safety standards
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and colleagues
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
