Contract Manager

Role - Contract Manager

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to oversee contracts on large-scale technical projects within the commercial build and industial space. You will manage all aspects of contract negotiations, risk management, and compliance, ensuring that contracts meet both legal and commercial requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and optimize complex technical contracts

Subcontract Management

Provide advice to project managers on contractual topics, including risk identification

Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to resolve contractual and commercial challenges on-site

Ensure compliance with the company's policies and legal standards

Oversee timely and accurate invoicing to secure project liquidity

Claims and disputes experience would be beneficial but not essential

You

As a professional with experience in contract management, you bring a collaborative approach to your work and possess excellent negotiation and communication skills. You will have a strong commercial understanding, the ability to work with cross-functional teams, and the capacity to make independent decisions in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications:

Degree in engineering or a related construction field

Several years of experience in contract management with a focus on risk management

Proven expertise in negotiating complex contracts

Proficiency in Danish and English
