We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Business Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This is a broad role working across Trading, Finance, Administration, Marketing, Compliance and Management.

You will become an important part of our daily operations while also contributing to the continuous development and optimisation of the way we work.

Your Role

Supporting our traders with orders and administrative tasks in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, allowing them to focus on customers, sales and business development.

Supporting our daily finance and administration activities, including customer invoicing, supplier invoices, BDNs and preparation of payments.

Maintaining and developing internal processes, workflows and procedures.

Coordinating documentation and administration related to ISO and Compliance.

Supporting DYNAMIC’s marketing activities, presentations, merchandise and overall brand.

Supporting Management with various tasks related to IT partners, onboarding, office administration and other operational matters.

Taking ownership of various ad hoc tasks across the organisation.

What We’re Looking For

Have a relevant background within administration or a similar field.

Are structured, proactive and detail-oriented.

Take ownership and are comfortable working independently.

Have strong organisational and problem-solving skills.

Communicate confidently in both Danish and English.

Have a positive mindset and thrive in a fast-paced working environment.
