Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the sales team to achieve company targets
Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
Maintain current client relationships through regular communication and providing excellent customer service
Monitor market trends competitor activities and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition
Prepare and present sales reports to upper management
Train and mentor team members to improve their performance
Requirements Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in sales preferably in the same industry
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent communication negotiation and leadership skills
Familiarity with CRM software is a plus
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Willingness to travel for business purposes if necessary
Salary $1400 per month with accommodation provided
Location This position is based in Greenland but candidates from other nationalities are also welcome to apply.
