As an Architectural Designer you will be responsible for creating and designing innovative building concepts and structures Your main goal will be to combine functionality aesthetics and sustainability to produce high-quality designs You will work closely with clients engineers and contractors to ensure that all project requirements are met Your attention to detail and strong design skills will be crucial in bringing ideas to life
Responsibilities Develop creative and functional architectural designs according to client specifications
Utilize computer-aided design CAD software to create detailed blueprints and 3D models
Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure design feasibility and compliance with building codes
Conduct on-site visits to inspect construction progress and make necessary adjustments or revisions
Prepare presentations for clients showcasing design proposals
Keep up-to-date with industry trends materials and techniques
Requirements Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field from an accredited institution
Proven experience as an Architectural Designer or similar role
Proficiency in CAD software AutoCAD SketchUp Revit
Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary 1100$ per month
Location Aalborg Denmark accommodation not provided
