We are in need of an experienced Locksmith Technician to join our team in Herning As a Locksmith Technician you will be responsible for installing repairing and maintaining various types of locks and security systems for both residential and commercial properties This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month
Key Responsibilities Install and repair locks deadbolts and other security devices
Create new keys and duplicate existing ones
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with locking mechanisms
Maintain accurate records of all work performed
Advise customers on the best security measures for their specific needs
Keep up-to-date with advancements in lock technology and security systems
Requirements High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years experience as a locksmith technician or similar role
Knowledge of different types of locks and security systems
Ability to read blueprints and diagrams
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Excellent customer service skills
Physical ability to lift heavy objects stand for long periods of time and work in various weather conditions
Preferred qualifications Certification from a recognized locksmith training program
Experience working with electronic security systems
Knowledge of local building codes related to locks and security systems
