Network and Systems Administrator

Job Overview As a Network and Systems Administrator in Aalborg you will be responsible for maintaining the functionality and security of our companys computer network and systems. Your role will involve implementing and monitoring network infrastructure, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system backups are regularly performed. You will also be responsible for installing and configuring hardware and software as well as providing technical support to employees.

Key Responsibilities Implementing and monitoring network infrastructure

Troubleshooting network and system issues

Ensuring regular system backups

Installing and configuring hardware and software

Providing technical support to employees

Required Experience and Skills Experience in network administration, system administration and troubleshooting

Knowledge of networking protocols such as TCPIP, DNS, DHCP

Experience with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V (preferred)

Familiarity with backup solutions such as Veeam or Acronis (a plus)

Soft Skills Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and support employees

Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to identify and resolve issues quickly

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation and Benefits Competitive salary of 1300$ per month for a part‑time position
