As a Web Designer you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly websites You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and translate them into functional designs Your main goal will be to ensure that our clients websites are attractive easy to navigate and meet their business objectives
Responsibilities Develop website layouts designs and graphics
Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
Design user interfaces that are visually appealing and easy to navigate
Ensure consistency in design across all pages of the website
Optimize website performance for different devices and browsers
Test website functionality and make necessary adjustmentsStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web design
Requirements Proven experience as a web designer or similar role
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite HTML CSS and JavaScript
Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
Strong understanding of user experience UX design principles
Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of visual aesthetics
Preferences Experience working with e-commerce websites
Familiarity with content management systems CMS
Knowledge of responsive design techniques
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Location This position is located in Faroe Islands but remote work may be considered for exceptional candidates
Salary The salary for this position is 1600$ per month
