Architecture Manager

Profession Architecture Manager City Vejle Denmark We are currently seeking an experienced and highly skilled Architecture Manager to join our team in Vejle Denmark As an Architecture Manager you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion

Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of architects and designers to ensure the successful delivery of projects within budget and on time

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and translate them into design concepts

Develop project plans and schedules and monitor progress to ensure project milestones are met

Conduct site visits to ensure quality control and compliance with design specifications

Oversee the preparation of drawings models renderings and other project deliverables

Review and approve designs materials and construction methods

Manage project budgets and provide regular updates to stakeholders

Communicate effectively with clients contractors engineers and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field

Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect or in a similar role

Proven track record of managing complex architectural projects from start to finish

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team

Excellent communication skills in English Danish language proficiency is a plus

Proficient in AutoCAD Revit SketchUp or other architectural software

Knowledge of building codes regulations and construction processes

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

We offer Competitive salary of 1700$ per month

Full-time position with 40 hours per week
