Architecture Manager

We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Horsens Denmark As an Architecture Manager you will oversee the design and development of architectural projects ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements Your responsibilities will include managing a team of architects coordinating with clients and contractors and overseeing project timelines and budgets

To excel in this role you should have a strong understanding of architectural principles as well as excellent leadership and communication skills You must also be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards

Responsibilities Lead a team of architects in the design and development of architectural projects

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver designs that meet their requirements

Coordinate with contractors to ensure project plans are executed accurately

Manage project timelines and budgets to ensure timely completion within financial constraints

Ensure all designs comply with building codes safety regulations and other applicable standards

Review project plans and provide feedback to improve design quality

Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into project designs

Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on career development

Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or a related field

Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role

Strong knowledge of architectural principles building codes safety regulations etc

Proficiency in AutoCAD SketchUp Revit or other design software

Excellent leadership abilities with a collaborative approach to teamwork

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
