Architecture Manager

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Horsens Denmark As the Architecture Manager you will oversee and guide a team of architects in the design and construction of various projects You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed within budget and timeline while maintaining high-quality standards

Responsibilities Lead a team of architects in the development and execution of architectural plans

Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and ensure that designs meet their needs

Monitor progress of projects and ensure they are completed within budget and timelinei>

Review and approve architectural plans specifications and drawings

Conduct site visits to ensure construction is following proposed plans

Provide guidance to junior architects on technical issues and problem-solving

Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies to incorporate into designs

Oversee project budgets contracts and schedules

Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture or related field

Proven experience as an Architecture Manager or similar role in the construction industry

Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively

Strong knowledge of building codes regulations and construction processes

Proficiency in AutoCAD Adobe Creative Suite or other relevant software

Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with clients contractors and team members from diverse backgrounds

Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications Experience working on commercial or residential projects in Denmark or other Scandinavian countries

Knowledge of sustainable design principles

Familiarity with BIM software

Fluency in Danish or another Scandinavian language

Salary 1600$

Contract Type Full-time 40 hours per week

Location Horsens Denmark
