We are seeking a highly skilled IT Manager to oversee our technology operations and manage our team of IT professionals The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology and experience in managing complex systems and projects
Responsibilities Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the companys goals
Manage the day-to-day operations of the IT department including budgeting staffing and resource allocation
Ensure all systems software and hardware are operating efficiently and securely
Oversee network infrastructure servers security systems and other technology platforms
Lead the implementation of new technologies and upgrades to existing systems
Collaborate with other departments to identify technology needs and provide solutions
Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry best practices
Train and mentor IT team members to ensure their skills remain current
Requirements Bachelors degree in computer science or related field
Minimum of 5 years experience in information technology management
Strong understanding of network architecture security principles database management and cloud computing
Excellent leadership skills with proven success managing teams
Exceptional problem-solving abilities
Excellent communication skills
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
Location Esbjerg with accommodation available
Salary $1300month negotiable based on experience
