Architecture Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Horsens The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing the architectural design process for our projects from concept to completion This role requires strong leadership skills as well as expertise in both design and project management

Responsibilities Lead and manage the architectural design process for projects ensuring high-quality and timely delivery

Collaborate with project teams including architects engineers contractors and clients to develop creative and innovative design solutions

Develop project timelines and budgets monitor progress and ensure adherence to deadlines and budget constraints

Conduct site visits to assess progress and provide guidance to project teams

Review project plans and drawings to ensure compliance with building codes regulations and client requirements

Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on technical issues

Stay updated on industry trends best practices and new technologies in architectural design

Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from an accredited institution

Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design with a focus on project management

Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team

Extensive knowledge of building codes regulations and construction processes

Proficiency in AutoCAD or other architectural software

Excellent communication skills

Biometric passport preferred

Experience working with accommodation preferred

Salary The salary for this position is $1700 per month

Location This role is based in Horsens but may require occasional travel to project sites
