We are seeking a skilled Architectural Technologist to join our dynamic team in Greenland.
Key Responsibilities Creating detailed architectural plans and drawings using CAD software.
Reviewing and interpreting project specifications and building codes.
Collaborating with architects, engineers and contractors to develop efficient and cost‑effective designs.
Preparing accurate quantity take‑offs for materials.
Conducting site visits to assess progress and ensure compliance with plans.
Making revisions to plans as needed based on feedback from clients or regulatory authorities.
Keeping up‑to‑date with industry trends, building codes and regulations.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in architecture or related field.
Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist.
Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or Revit.
Strong knowledge of building codes, construction methods and materials.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Salary : Competitive salary of 1400$ per month for this contract position.
