We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Greenland. As an Architectural Technologist you will be responsible for creating detailed architectural drawings and plans, collaborating with architects and engineers, and ensuring that all designs comply with building codes and regulations. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for visa sponsorship. Women are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities Create detailed architectural drawings and plans using computer-aided design CAD software
Collaborate with architects engineers and other professionals to develop design concepts
Ensure all designs comply with building codes regulations and sustainability requirements
Conduct site visits to gather information and assess project feasibility
Prepare cost estimates material specifications and construction schedules
Review contractor bids and communicate with contractors during construction phase
Keep up-to-date on industry trends building materials and construction techniques
Requirements Bachelors degree in Architecture or related field
Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
Proficient in CAD software AutoCAD or Revit
Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Salary $1000 per month part-time
Location Greenland
