Assistant Restaurant Manager

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our team in Roskilde Our restaurant is known for its delicious food excellent service and inviting atmosphere As an Assistant Restaurant Manager you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant and providing exceptional guest experiences

Responsibilities Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations of the restaurant

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards and providing excellent service

Train and supervise waitstaff bartenders and other staff members to ensure efficient operations

Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues that may arise with professionalism and tact

Manage inventory order supplies and monitor stock levels to ensure smooth operations

Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain food quality and presentation standards

Assist with creating schedules for staff members to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours

Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accuracy of financial transactions

Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the restaurant

Continuously seek ways to improve processes increase efficiency and enhance guest experiences

Requirements Previous experience in a similar role in the food industry preferred but not required

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively

Excellent communication skills and ability to handle difficult situations with diplomacy

Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Must have a valid work visa or be eligible for visa sponsorship

Salary The salary for this position is 900$ per month
