We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team as an Entry-level IT Manager in Esbjerg As an IT Manager you will be responsible for overseeing our companys information technology systems ensuring their effectiveness and efficiency in supporting our business operations This role requires strong technical skills as well as excellent communication and leadership abilities
Responsibilities - - Manage and maintain the companys hardware software and network infrastructure
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues or outages
- Develop and implement security protocols to protect company data
- Train employees on how to use various software programs and systems
- Evaluate the companys current technology needs and make recommendations for improvements or upgrades
- Monitor system performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency
- Collaborate with other departments to identify opportunities for technology solutions that can improve processes or increase productivity
Requirements - - Bachelors degree in Information Technology or related field
- Knowledge of software hardware and network systems
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Salary 1100$ per month negotiable based on experience
Location Esbjerg Denmark local candidates preferred
